DISASTER PACKING AND WEAPONS

This 8-hour class is dedicated solely to proper, efficient packing of the several bags or packs that we recommend and to the proper choice, purpose, use, storage and maintenance of the weapons that ultimately may save your life in a disaster or survival scenario.

PACKING

There are 5 levels of preparedness that we advocate. Each requires a different amount and type of gear for specific purposes. In this class, you will learn how to properly assemble, use and pack these items to best fit your particular needs. Examples of each level will be available for demonstration.

You are encouraged to bring your own gear to compare and evaluate as the class progresses.

WEAPONS

A touchy subject with some but essential, nonetheless. This class will explain in great detail the proper choice, purpose, use, storage and maintenance of the weapons that may ultimately save your life in a disaster or survival scenario. Other topics of discussion will include Recommended amounts of ammunition, types of ammunition, storage of ammunition, weapon types and uses, state and federal laws and more. Questions will be addressed as they arise throughout the class.
